Discipleship Formation (Religious Education)
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavens, as he chose us in him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and without blemish before him. In love he destined us for adoption to himself through Jesus Christ, in accord with the favor of his will, for the praise of the glory of his grace that he granted us in the beloved.”
- Ephesians 1:3-6
The Discipleship Formation program is experiential and engaging at the appropriate developmental level for young people from pre-school through 11th grade. This parish program is essential for the discipleship formation of young people who attend public school and augments discipleship formation for young people who attend Catholic school from both St. Mary and St. Francis Xavier Parishes. The program’s goal is to develop and nourish young people in their relationship with Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through student of the tenants of the Catholic faith, liturgical experiences, mentoring, and fellowship.
We follow the guidelines of the Diocese of Green Bay concerning curriculum, sacramental preparation, and safe environment.
